Stability When You Need It Most

  • Life transitions don’t always happen on a perfect schedule. Whether you are waiting for your Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) to be completed, transitioning out of hospital, or waiting for modifications to be finished on your new home, All-In-One Care provides the stable ground you need.

Our Medium Term Accommodation offers more than just a roof over your head; it offers a supportive, high-quality environment where you can maintain your routines and independence while you wait for your forever home.

What is MTA?

Medium Term Accommodation is a transitional housing solution funded by the NDIS. According to the 2025-26 Pricing Guidelines, it is designed for participants who have a confirmed long-term housing solution but cannot move in just yet.

  • Usually funded for up to 90 days.

  • The NDIS funding covers the cost of the accommodation only.

  • Because MTA only covers the "bricks and mortar," your regular Assistance with Daily Living and Community Accesssupports continue as usual, delivered by the All-In-One Care team you already know and trust.

The All-In-One "Consistency" Advantage
Transitions are easier when the faces around you stay the same.

    • While you stay in our MTA, you don’t have to change your support team. Our consistent staff will continue to provide your personal care, meal prep, and community outings exactly as they do in your permanent residence.

    • Our MTA properties in Melbourne, Sydney, and Hobart are designed to feel like homes, not facilities. We ensure your temporary space is accessible, comfortable, and reflects your personality.

    • Our team doesn't just wait for your 90 days to be up. We work closely with your Support Coordinator to ensure your transition to your permanent home is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Eligibility & Pricing (NDIS 2025-26)

We follow the strict price limits set out in the NDIS Support Catalogue.

  • The MTA Daily Rate: We bill strictly at the NDIS National Price Limit. This covers the home and basic utilities.

  • Reasonable and Necessary: To access MTA, it must be included in your plan as a "reasonable and necessary" support for your specific transition.

  • Food & Personal Expenses: Just like living in your own home, you continue to cover your own groceries and personal items.

How We Help You Transition?

1. Assessment: We review your plan and housing confirmation to ensure a perfect fit.

2. Property Matching: We find an MTA property that meets your accessibility needs.

3. Support Continuity: We coordinate with your existing team to ensure your schedule moves with you.

4. Final Move: When your permanent home is ready, we help you pack and settle in.
