The Three Levels of Support Coordination

Depending on your needs, the NDIS may fund different levels of coordination. We offer expert services across all three:

  • This is about getting started. We help you understand your plan and connect you with broader systems of support.

    • Plan Literacy: We help you understand exactly what your funded supports are for.

    • Connecting: We assist you in finding and connecting with local providers who meet your needs.

    • Building Confidence: We help you resolve service issues and participate independently in NDIA processes

  • For those with more complex needs, this level focuses on designing and building a resilient network of supports.

    • Support Design: We work with you to understand your funding and design how you want your services to look.

    • Crisis Planning: We assist with planning, prevention, and action to mitigate crises.

    • Capacity Building: We coach you to build resilience within your informal and formal support networks.

  • This is a higher level of support for participants with exceptionally complex situations or high risks.

    • Specialist Oversight: Delivered by professionals with specific expertise to manage challenges in your support environment.

    • Complex Problem Solving: We work to reduce barriers and coordinate multiple complex services.
