The biggest worry during a respite stay is being supported by strangers. We eliminate that stress through our Consistency Policy:
Staff You Know: We aim to match you with support workers from your regular home team or community groups, so your "holiday" starts with a friend by your side.
Specialised Support: For those with higher needs, our staff are expert-trained in High Intensity Daily Personal Activities, ensuring your health and safety are never compromised.
The Perfect Match: We pair you with staff who share your interests—if you’re going to a car show, your support worker will be just as excited as you are
Understanding Your NDIS Funding (STA/Respite)
Short Term Accommodation is typically funded under your Core Supports — Assistance with Daily Life budget.
Standard Duration: Typically used for short periods of up to 14 days at a time.
Pricing Limits: We strictly adhere to the NDIS 2025-26 Price Limits for STA, which vary based on the day of the week (Weekday, Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holiday) and the ratio of support (1:1, 1:2, or 1:3).
MTA Options: If you require a longer stay while waiting for permanent housing, we also offer Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) for up to 90 days.
